She also received her master's degree in special education from Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, Mo. She currently is a 5th and 6th grade special education teacher at Winterset Middle School, Winterset, Iowa. The prospective groom graduated from Beatrice High School and received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Central College, PeUa, Iowa. He currently is a staffaccount- ant at Johnson and Higgins/ Kirke Van Orsdel, Inc., West Des Moines, Iowa. An April 19. 1997 weddLng is being planned at the Assaria I.uihern Church, Assaria. Davidson were married at the Burr Oak Christian Church Dec. 2, 1956. Eugene is the sonof the late Floyd and Nita Clark Dunstan. Connie is the daughter of the late Lee & Margaret Buer Davidson. The couple were both raised in Republic and Jewell Counties. They began farming in Jewell County and spent several years in the Service. The have lived in the Jewell and Mitchell County area for 36 years of their 40 years; they lived one year in Greeley, Colo. and three years in Austin, Tex, They have owned their trucking business, C & E Trucking, for the last 22 years. Eugene & Connie are both Certified Lay Speakers in the United Methodist Church West Conference, active members of the Salem United Methodist Church, Jewell, and members of the Jewell Chamber of Commerce. Their marriage has been blessed with three children, six grandchildren and three step-grandsons: Craig & SonJa Dun- stan, Colin & Kyle MacMillan. Topeka; Eric & Lisa Dunstan. Tyler, Todd & Tegan.
