"ASK THOSE WHO KNOW THEM BEST One of the best yardsticks to measure the relative caliber of two men is to find out what the home folks think. In othe words, ask the people who know them best. In the Senate race this year we have former Congressman 1. Floyd Breeding and Senator James Pearson. Note how each man was regarded in his home community during the recent primary election. In Breeding's home county, Breeding re.. calved 9 times as many votes as the combined vote of his $ Put the team of DOCTOR-DRUGGIST- MODERN DRUGS to work for you to rout infection at the very first sign. An early prescription can save needless suf- fering and expeqse. opponents'! In Pearson's home county, Pearson received less than half as many votes as his nearest opponent (a candidate from another county). Breeding carried his home congre , ional district by more than 8,000 votes, while Pearson was defeated in his home district by a whopping 12,600 votes! The comparison is fair, because both Breeding and Pearson had major opponents from their home congressional districta We think these figures tell the real story about these two candidates. If you have friends living in either home county, wouldn't it be a good idea to inquire about this? We are proud to recommend J. Floyd Breeding, the man who asses the home town test. J. Floyd Breeding will be a Sen. ator in whom all Kansans can take great pride. i A' ., MANKATO, KANSAS Sincerely Ioure, MEMBERS OF THE BREEDING FOg SENATOR COMMITTS i~/4 f~' ~ Bil@d/nl/ for Sanatil Commltlle, Leonard Pipkin, Co.OhMrm|n, and ltobl~ I1~ :; ; Treesur#r, Topeka
